For sure! Simply request a showing and in the name field include 'Virtual Showing' after your name. At the time of your showing, you will receive a video chat link on your phone.
Utility costs vary per property based on property size and tenant usage. You can expect a minimum of $150 per month for water, gas, and electricity.
During the application process, you will need to provide income verification equal to at least three times the monthly rent. For example, if monthly rent is $1000, your total household income will need to be at least $3000 a month.

With an approved application and a security deposit, we can hold a property for up to 30 days. If you are not moving in within 30 days, you will be responsible for rent, utilities, and applicable yard care.
We follow fair market rental increases to help cover the costs of maintenance, insurance, taxes, etc. To keep it simple for our tenants, unless otherwise notified, we implement a standard 2% increase every year on January 1st.
