Residents can enjoy the convenience of moving in at their own time. 

Keys will be left in the lock box at your property on the day of your move-in.

Once you have utilites in your name and have completed the Verification Form below, we will send you an email with your unique lock box code.

PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE RENTING AN APARTMENT OR DUPLEX:

In apartments and duplexes certain utilities, such as water, gas, and garbage (apartments only), may not be able to be registered in your name. In that case, a Utility Fee will be added as a separate charge above and beyond your rent to your account each month.

MOVE-IN INSPECTION

We will take move-in photos prior to you renting the home. Any move-in photos that are date stamped and emailed or shared in your account are an accurate representation of the condition of the property, regardless of you signing a move-in inspection. If you notice anything that needs to be addressed, please let us know within three business days, and we will be happy to take care of it!
