Coordinating a move-in walkthrough with a property manager who's only free 9-to-5 is one of the most painful parts of renting. Truck rentals don't care about office hours.

We mount a secure lock box at every property before move-in. Once your lease starts, you get the code and walk in on your schedule — evening, weekend, or 6am before the truck arrives.

The move-in inspection is completed in our app: take photos of every room, flag anything pre-existing, and submit. The report is timestamped and attached to your file so there's no dispute about condition at move-out.

    On move-in day, you get the unique code to the property's lock box via secure message.

What if I can't complete the inspection on day one?
You have 72 hours from key handoff to submit the report. Anything reported in that window is on record as pre-existing.
Is the lock box secure?
Yes — codes are unique per lease and rotated for every new resident. Only you and our team have access during your tenancy.
Can I still request a guided walkthrough?
Absolutely. Just message us before move-in and we'll schedule a team member to meet you.
