When the dishwasher breaks on a Tuesday, the last thing you want is to take a half-day off work to babysit a repair tech.

Every property has a secure exterior lock box. When you submit a request, you can authorize entry and the vetted vendor uses the box to get in, complete the work, and lock up — all while you're at the office.

You'll get notifications when the tech arrives, what they did, and when they leave. Photos of the completed work are uploaded to your portal.

How it works

    Submit a request

    Describe the issue and choose 'Authorize entry' so the tech can use the property's lock box.

    We dispatch

    A vetted vendor is assigned, gets the lock-box code for that visit only, and shows up in the agreed window.

    Get an update

    Photos of the completed work and a summary post to your portal so you know exactly what was done.
