About Matthew
In their own corner of the firm
Matthew started Luke Properties with a single rental and a stubborn belief that real estate, done patiently, is still the most reliable wealth-builder a Midwestern family can own. A decade later he leads a vertically integrated firm that buys, builds, manages, and advises across the Sioux Falls market.
His day is split between underwriting deals for investor clients, walking job sites with the construction team, and coaching new owners through their first acquisitions. He keeps a short list of off-market properties on his desk and an even shorter list of excuses.
Outside the office, Matthew is a husband, dad, and lifelong South Dakotan. He'll talk through your numbers as honestly as he'd talk through his own.
