Mark leads development and construction at Luke Properties. From scope to certificate of occupancy, he's the one making sure budgets hold, subs show up, and the finished product looks like the renderings — actually, usually better.
His brokerage license matters here. Mark sees buildings the way a builder sees them and the way a buyer sees them, which is exactly the lens you want when you're acquiring something that needs work.
He's happiest in steel-toed boots on a job site at 7 a.m. with a fresh thermos and a punch list.
